On the plan, The Old Dairy is both the white and blue shaded areas.
It is a luxurious, large, modern barn conversion with a stunning interior and cosy wood-burner. Outside there is a large enclosed lawned garden, a courtyard, patio, garden furniture, and barbecue. There is plenty of private parking.
Ground Floor:
- Reception Hall - vaulted ceiling and stairs to balcony landing looking over.
- 2 x Utility rooms - both with washing machine, and tumble dryer.
- WC - downstairs toilet and hand basin.
- Living Room - wooden floor, wood burner and large comfortable sofas, Freeview Smart TV.
- 2 x Kitchen/Dining rooms - farmhouse style. Each with electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, tiled floor, and double doors leading to the garden.
- Bedroom 6 - super kingsize bed (can be twin beds on request)
- WC - shower, toilet and hand basin (this room is almost en-suite to Bedroom 6).
First Floor:
- Bedroom 1 - has an en-suite bathroom with bath, shower cubicle, and toilet. The bed is a zip and link super kingsize (can be twin beds on request).
- Bedroom 2 - super kingsize bed (can be twin beds on request).
- Bedroom 3 - super kingsize bed (can be twin beds on request).
- Bedroom 4 - super kingsize bed (can be twin beds on request)
- Bathroom - bath, shower cubicle, toilet, and heated towel rail.
- Bedroom 5 (accessed by its own stairs) - has an en-suite bathroom with bath, shower cubicle, and toilet. The bed is a zip and link super kingsize (can be twin beds on request).
- Some rooms may have reduced ceiling height near the eaves.

The Old Dairy has complimentary oil-fired central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, and an initial log supply for the wood burners. A travel cot and highchair are available on request.
Please note: The Old Dairy can be subdivided into 2 smaller cottages The Dairy (white on the plan) sleeps 8 and The Parlour (blue on the plan) sleeps 4. The interconnecting doors are then locked preventing access between the two cottages on the ground floor. There is no interconnection on the first floor.
